I am completely fed up as well, crappy network, 3G does not work most of the time, people get answering service without the phone ringing, long delay before the call goes through etc..etc..
This really has become one of the crappiest networks…

I have no problems whatsoever with O2’s network but I’m not using one of those form-before-function iPhones – pause whilst asbestos underwear donned
I spend too many hours on conference calls either on my business Blackberry or personal N95 and rarely experience service problems other than when driving through the hills of Derbyshire (where in my experience O2’s service is superior to other networks).
