I work in EC4A and get intermittent or no reception on a daily basis. I was with Vodafone for 10 years and had no problems at all.
O2 are clearly unable to deal with the number of phones now subscribed to the network.
I hope that the exclusive contract to O2 is terminated shortly.

Your blog comes up under ‘o2 sucks’ on google. I am so exasperated with this crappy network. It’s totally destroying the iphone as an experience. I am sitting on the fourth floor of an office on Oxford Street – about as urban central you can get, and I cant send a txt message and have no service. it’s beyond pathetic. surely apple has under service agreement terms the right to terminate exclusivity now with such a terrible partner.
