Just moved from the valleys of Wales to Central London and have gone from having a full signal to having nothing at all. No-one can reach me and I’m locked into about another 12 months of 02 contract misery. When I do get a signal (which is half the time when at work in Canary Wharf, and apparently goes from a full signal on one side of my desk to “No Service” on the other) I get dropped calls and an internet connection which is cripplingly slow. Really do believe that there should be a mechanism for terminating a contract in the event that the quality of service is at such a ridiculously sub-par level.




Might as well be a goddamn Touch for all it’s redundant phone capabilities

I have been super happy with 02 for several years but am seething how the iPhone experience I’ve been long looking forward to is ruined. I work at canary wharf – I have no signal all day long only on the DLR each way to Stratford then it goes again at forest gate. Dropped calls in e7 texts not going through- it’s a f$$$$$g tracvesty! even more ashamed I got several friends trapped into stupid 24 months too now argh!
Might as well be a god damn touch for all it’s redundant phone capabities ( if the battery doesn’t die within an afternoon) so gutted. Every tv ad seems like a slap in my bitter face!!
